This accessibility statement applies to Clinch and all of the platform implementations of Clinch for all of our clients. This website is run by Clinch.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
The accessibility of this website
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- There is not always sufficient contrast between text and background colours in some areas of the website
- You cannot modify the line height or spacing of text
- Video and audio are not captioned or transcribed, as these are created by the clients and not controlled by us
- Minimum touch targets are smaller than 44×44 in one dimension (throughout the platform)

Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AAA standard, due to ‘the non-compliances’ listed below:
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
- Video and audio do not have captioning or transcription as they are uploaded by the client, therefore the content of the video (captioning & transcription) are out of our control.
- Some content on the platform does not align with the web contrast standard. Anything in control of Clinch is being improved to meet the web contrast standards – otherwise, coloured content on the platform is in control of the client.
- We do not provide presentation options on the platform for users to be able to change the viewing, however, browser controls do work on the website.
